Run your do-file using Ctrl+d

Press Ctrl+d to execute your do-file without using the Execute Quietly or Execute toolbar. You can run the entire do-file or run specific lines. To run the entire do-file, place the cursor anywhere in the do-file (do not highlight anything) and press Ctrl+d; to run one line, highlight a part of the line or the whole line and press Ctrl+d; and to run block of lines, highlight these lines and press Ctrl+d.
